New Exhibit Opening to the Public Sat. Nov. 16

The last public exhibit opening of the year will be on Saturday, November 16. This new exhibit is titled Crystallizing Cultures: Geology, Minerals, and Human Civilization; it offers visitors the chance to learn about geological structures and fundamentals of rocks and minerals, as well as how those minerals have been used and perceived throughout human history.
 

 

 

The exclusive unveiling will be held on Thursday, November 14. Exhibit unveilings offer food from local restaurants, exhibit-related entertainment and children’s activities, and the chance to speak with curators about the artifacts and exhibit content.
