Busy Season Scheduling

April and May are busy months at the museum, so to ensure every group has a great experience, morning tours during these months need to finish by 12:30 p.m. Afternoon tours will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Adult Supervision

We ask that you bring one adult for every 10 students to help create a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. Engaged adults play a key role in guiding students and ensuring a smooth experience.

It is also expected that teachers and adults will maintain behavior management throughout the visit to ensure a respectful and pleasant environment for all guests.

Payment Details

We require full payment either before or at the time of your visit. If you'd like to prepay, we're happy to provide an advanced invoice.

Running Late?

We understand that delays happen! Please let us know if your group is running late, and we’ll do our best to adjust. However, if you’re more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel the tour.
