Mike Noller
President and CEO
Mike has been involved in the management and delivery of education services for over 25 years – from operating a Wichita-based technology learning center that provided much needed curriculum and training to Kansas schools and families in the early 90s, to managing the delivery of more than $2,000,000 a year in education services to Fortune 500 companies for a global communications company. A Wichita native, Noller received a Bachelor of Science degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and attended graduate MBA studies at the W. Frank Barton School of Business before leaving early to pursue a management opportunity with a Wichita based office furnishing and design company. Later, after spending eight years in Nashville, Tennessee, Noller returned to Wichita in 2005 to take over operation of the Museum of World Treasures. His extensive background in business and education provide him with the unique management skills required to build the Museum of World Treasures into the world-class historical museum its founder envisioned.
Dillon Noller
Administrative Assistant
Dillon is an Administrative Assistant in our Administration Department. In 2016, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University. Toward the end of his studies at Wichita State, Dillon and a couple of fellow students started an online health-coaching service which has since evolved into a social support app for individuals with diabetes. His position at the small start-up included a wide range of responsibilities, from product development and marketing, to finance and accounting. Dillon has found that many of the skills he developed at his company lend themselves well to working in administration at the Museum.
Outside of work, Dillon enjoys following advancements in sustainable energy technology and space exploration, watching sports, and spending time with family.
Allie Little
Programs Director
Allie is our Programs Director and oversees staff in education, collections, and exhibits at the Museum of World Treasures. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts with an emphasis in Audio Production and a Minor in Communication from Wichita State University in December 2020. In addition to joining our team in 2021, Allie also began working for Wichita’s local NPR affiliate radio station KMUW 89.1 as a Digital Archives Intern. Both opportunities allow her to be surround by history, which has always been a lifelong passion. Allie is excited to work in a place that combines her love of history, storytelling, and education under one very old roof.
Allie also enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, cross-stitching, and spending time with family and friends.
Matt Dwier
Education Manager
Matt Dwier graduated from Kansas State University in 2016 with two bachelors’, one in Secondary Education with a focus in Social Studies, and the other in History. Following this he began working in public education as a substitute teacher in the Wichita area. This was followed up with him becoming a social studies teacher at Junction City High School teaching sophomore world history and freshmen geography. Matt began pursuing his masters’ degree in history at Wichita State in 2020, graduating in 2022. A passionate lover of history, Matt is delighted at his opportunity to work in a museum.
In his free time Matt likes to read, play music, and watch soccer.
Avery Williams
Exhibits Specialist
Avery is the Exhibits Specialist in our Programs Department. In 2023, she received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology from Kansas State University, and she also minored in History and Classical Studies. Along with her classes, Avery had a range of opportunities to help prepare her for this position, including working at the Historic Costume & Textile Museum and with archaeological, rare book, and archival collections. She’s always been passionate about history and learning, and she is excited to be able to share new knowledge with others through her work with the exhibits.
Outside of work, Avery likes to crochet, read, sew, and spend time with her family, friends, and cat.
Celia Lin
Education Specialist - Youth Programs
Celia is the Education Assistant in our Programs Department. In 2016, Celia recieved a Bachelor of Arts in History from Angelo State University, in San Angelo, TX. Her internship in the Fort Concho National Historic Landmark archives led her to pursue a Master of Arts in Public History at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
In 2020 Celia and her husband moved to Wichita to be closer to her family. Shortly after she became a volunteer splitting her time between collections and education to keep her museum experience fresh. She is excited to begin working at the Museum of World Treasures.
Celia likes to read, sew, crochet, watch Asian dramas, and bake.
Kristin Martin
Marketing Director
Kristin oversees marketing initiatives at Museum of World Treasures. Having completed her B.S. in History through Newman University, Kristin joined MOWT as Education Director in 2014. In 2017 she became the Programs Director and in she 2022 decided to apply her knowledge of the museum's offerings in a new way: through marketing.
Having built her career up from a position as an exhibits volunteer in 2012, Kristin has come to love the Museum of World Treasures and to understand what makes it tick. She is excited to delve more into graphic design, writing, social media, and SEO to give museum visitors the best possible experience!
Kristin’s favorite activities include taking care of her aquarium, spending quality time with friends and family, and watching great cat videos.
Danielle Wetzel
Development Director
Danielle leads our Development and Fundraising efforts at the Museum of World Treasures. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Hays State University and a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership and Management from Wichita State University. Danielle first joined the MOWT team in 2017 as the Visitor Services Manager, but quickly through her passion for the arts and cultural community, grew into her current Development role. Danielle is a strong advocate for arts education and while maintaining a busy lifestyle as a career woman, she is also a full-time mom and enjoys doing projects with her little ones and taking them to as many museums as possible.
Danielle also enjoys drawing, painting, and all things crafty.
Luke Dowling
Operations Director
Luke is in charge of managing all day-to-day operations of the Museum, including the Museum Store, and Visitor Services staff, as well as building maintenance. Service providers, and Security. From the Chicago area, Luke moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University in 2018 and in August of 2022 he graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Previously he has experience in customer service and property management; this experience has provided him with the proper skills needed when it comes to operations management. Working as the Operations Manager at the museum has helped Luke pursue his lifelong interest in history.
Luke enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music!
Taylor Ubert
Museum Store Assistant Manager
Taylor is our assistant store manager in our operations department. Prior to working for the museum Taylor served in the Navy for just under 9 years as a supervisor and mechanical technician in the nuclear powered engine room of the USS George H W Bush (CVN 77). While in the Navy he satisfied his love of history while stopping in ports overseas, visiting historical sites in Greece, Israel, the UAE, and the UK. He is currently working on a bachelors in both History and Anthropology, with plans to continue his studies focusing on Southeast Asian history.
Outside of work Taylor is pretty focused on school but enjoys random road trips to see friends, tinkering in his wood shop, reading, cooking, and antique firearms.
Joe Little
Events Coordinator
Joe Little is our Events Coordinator who handles all event rentals for the Museum. After graduating from Andover Central High School in 2021 and completing a year of college, he decided to take a break from his studies to focus on his career and determine his future major. Prior to joining the Museum, Joe volunteered as a social media assistant for Museum of World Treasures for nearly a year. He actively contributed to the creation of TikToks, Instagram posts, and brainstormed ideas for the Museum's social media content. In addition to his role at the Museum, Joe also works as a model for The Gregory Agency, representing the Kansas and Oklahoma regions. Joe has always had a deep passion for history, particularly ancient civilizations, and occasionally explores the ancient Egypt exhibit. Outside of his busy work life, Joe likes in photography, video games, and enjoys bringing laughter to his friends and family.
