About the Speaker - Jami Frazier Tracy

Jami Frazier Tracy is a graduate of Newman University and holds degrees in History and English. She has served on the boards of the Kansas Museums Association and the Mountain-Plains Museums Association where she reviewed grants, presented workshops, served on dozens of committees, and established programs. A life-long Kansan, museums have been Jami’s passion since she visited the Eisenhower Museum in 1977 and discovered the power of objects.  An avid museum visitor, Jami has worked in museums since 1987 and she has held the position of Curator of Collections at the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum for over 30 years.
